1. Nature of Business & Licensing

Thermoform is a proprietary PVC-Alloy fold-and-form pipe liner. Warrior USA acts as the manufacturer and licensor of this technology.

• Contractor Accreditation: Access to Thermoform technology is restricted to contractors who have been fully trained, accredited, and audited by Warrior USA. Warrior USA reserves the right to revoke accreditation if installation standards are not consistently met.
• Product vs. Installation: Warrior USA provides the patented Thermoform material and specialized equipment. The actual trenchless rehabilitation service is performed by independent accredited contractors. Warrior USA is not liable for the specific workmanship, project timelines, or site-related damages caused by third-party contractors.

3. Intellectual Property & Patented Technology

The Thermoform compound is a unique, patented alloy. Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or use of the Thermoform name and technology by non-accredited entities is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under U.S. and International Patent Law.

4. Global Logistics & Delivery

Warrior USA ships Thermoform liners globally. We are not liable for delays caused by:

• International customs inspections or import/export regulations.
• Global shipping corridor disruptions or extreme weather impacting transport.
• Delays caused by a contractor’s failure to maintain proper onsite storage conditions for the fold-and-form liners.

5. Environmental & Technical Disclaimer

Thermoform is an environmentally friendly solution containing no water-soluble chemicals or harmful emissions. However, the successful rehabilitation of a host pipe depends entirely on the accuracy of the host pipe inspection and the installer’s adherence to factory-controlled installation protocols.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Warrior USA’s liability is limited to the replacement of the Thermoform product itself if found to be defective under factory testing. Warrior USA is not liable for consequential damages, lost business revenue, or infrastructure failure resulting from improper installation or incorrect host pipe diagnosis by a third-party contractor.
